Lilywell Consulting is the brainchild of Founder Jessica Llewellyn Rami who has been in the project management and process development space for over two decades. She has worked in the areas of government, health, biomedical engineering, tourism, education, finance and accounting, manufacturing and non-profits. Jessica uses her education, background and resources to help small business owners and mission-based organizations turn ideas into action. She finds incredible joy in helping solve challenges for organizations.

Known as the “Girl who gets it done",” Jessica works tirelessly with small business owners, project managers, and teams needing a little extra help getting out of their own way. She listens carefully to her clients to ensure she’s captured their needs and wants, works together to create plan to help turn those ideas into action. Skilled with resourcefulness, organization and a knack for turning chaos into order, Jessica is sure to help get your business on its way!

Originally from Queens, New York, Jessica moved to the DC Metro Area in the early 2000s to pursue a degree in International Relations from American University. While at American University, she studied abroad in Brussels, Belgium learning the ins and outs of the European Union and NATO. She later received an MBA in Executive Management through the University of Phoenix program and a certificate in Product Management from Product School. Jessica is a proud mother of two sweet kids and loves cats, dance, piano, traveling, reading romance novels and solving problems!
